So these four names will be it? That means no vote in this category.
Kinda makes sense. The only one to be added to the vote would be Matija Parezanovic with 1181 points and 6 wins though in lower divisions. We could let our committe vote over him and Viktor Komzin just to be sure.

This is what I get:

Aaron Payne I got 2150 points in total. For S69 I added 60 points for Garve - Ratagan Pass 30 points for Dunfermline - Kinlochleven.
Viktor Komzin I got 1596 points. I added 6 points for Marele Premiu Anghel Ghidarcea in S70.
