Checked the data. Looks good, I got almost the same.
I got Isaacs on 2470 points, 1300 in S70 and 1170 in S69.
For Samuels and Wismund you are right to not include the 30 points for Fuga dal Vesuvio, although Chili does count them. We can always discuss this offcourse.

Agree with your top-3, looks good.
The other look good as well. Was thinking about Georgio Malzone, but 4 wins for Abdel-Hai Al-Andah is pretty solid.
