I don't understand the proposal here Silenzio. I don't think Rider Outside Top Division has ever been about what specialty a rider has, so I don't see a reason to change the format here. The nominations look good to me, and I see no way anyone other than the top-3 should come close to winning any vote, no matter what the format is.

It is allowed, but the results do not count in this category. So only 9 vicotories in stead of 10. Still impressive

Brasil has been (and winning in D1) in S59. Don't know if thats a problem. If so, Fava might be the better option for sprinter. If not, can Varela also be considered?
