Yeah, it has indeed. Childers does profit from Nederlandse point inflation, but I guess he still has more points even without those.

This category has changed right? Riders with points in divison 1 can now be considered. Then I feel Hadley Childers (1480 points outside division 1) should be there. But maybe I'm biased.
