True, I mean Braith Rixon didn't win anything big either, 5th place in a classic....

I just feel, personally, that I would rather go for wins over points, especially if the wins are all in Div 1.

I guess I would leave out Kristiaan for not winning anything big, but the same goes for Abdul-Karim, and he's one of the 'wildcard' nominees as well.
And then there is the TT'ers again. 57th is of course not really Best Rider Material, but I guess it is hard for them to score.

Braith Rixon dominated the FR races, has four wins and is sixth in the rider rankings. I think he deserves it.
