Voting tips:

- Take into account that some managers have different gameplay styles that take them more effort to get high up on the rankings. For instance, a team might use riders from only one country. That makes it a lot harder to finish high in the rankings than when you can choose whomever you like best.
- Look at wins and results, not just to rankings. Decide what you find most important, managers that win, or managers that score consistantly?
- Look at Tour and classic wins and results, they are almost always the result of careful planning, and a good measurement of management capabilities.
- Do not vote based on the fame of a manager. Only the results from season 44 matter for winning an award in this category.
- Look at team strength compared to the divisions in which they achieved their results. Dropping down takes planning and management as well, but does inflate the amount of results.
