He’s good and one of the riders I reviewed, but 1 win and most results in Div 3, just not sure he’s better than the 6 listed.

Only one I would replace him with would be Manama, but I do like his 8 wins even though they’re in Div 4, 5 & 6

Looked through all rider in Top-150, I was surprised too!

There's a few crazy 23 year old beasts coming up the rankings so wouldn't be surprised next couple of seasons the points rise back up again

Huot not winning a race is what made me remove him from my shortlist, but as we have Manama already with lots of wins in lower divisions, I'll swap him out for Pass. I don't agree with Shahid being better than Tommaso, but wouldn't be against swapping Shahid with Pellesen, what do you think?

Sopheaktra Huot is the best scoring young rider I guess? Although he did not win, he won the most points. Maybe instead of Owen Paas?
And I rate Shahid better than Tommaso (Top Division GC against no GC in lower divisions)

Right, so provisional riders completed, not sure whether to include 8 wins rider in one of the nominated spots, but didn't want to prioritise Div 6 wins over Div 1/2/3. Let me know what you all think
