Hi! Can I do best Old Rider, Best Young Rider, Best Rider Outside Top Div & Best Downhiller please

General way of work:
1. Everybody can say which categories are preferred to be responsible for
2. I will make assign all managers to categories to be responsible for and for checking.
3. For every category the responsible manager picks 3 certain nominees and 2 (or 3 if necessary) nominees to vote between.
4. Everybody can help in getting in the right nominees. Some discussion can be done, helping the responible manager of the category
5. The responsible managers to check the category check the data made by the responsible manager and also do a last sanity check wether the nominees make sens
6. When I give the sign that the categories are ready for voting everybody can vote on the nominees to vote between
7. I will count the votes and make the fourth nominee of every category known and make up the final data for the voting form.
8. Don will then take care of the voting form
