Looks pretty good.
Only one outside of div 1-3 would be Gautier Kalunguji with 5 wins including Baltimore and 3rd in Orel-Kursk. But this will not be good enough to be in the mix.

Any thoughts on this one?

Pointswise its a clear Isidoro vs Troels. Both not really D1 but 1.1/2, so I guess Vennegoor is a nice opponent combined with his Helsinki GP win. For the vote: Aladar and Couto did well palmares-wise, Trczinski great with points.

- You will now get a response from chilibot, giving you a link to the top-20, with points scored attached.

Beware however, this list does not take into account results in Div4 or lower, and might not include some of the newer races, so always check if a rider has scored in any of those divisions/races before posting his points inside category. Also, make sure you don't miss that great rider who has won 10 races, but never made it to the higher divisions.
