To be honest, struggling to find anyone that comes close to Isidoro, but Franks advise is the best and something I’ve done when doing this category in the past, good luck

I propose a two-way approach:
- Check the top rider rankings for young riders. How many you want to check depends on your time.
- Check classics, tours and cups for young riders with wins. In any case for first 3 divisions
