Yes, the quality of the field is very high. I am fine with these selections as they are.

Maybe not worse than Gold but also not better than the three to vote for. It seems like a lot of riders to choose from.

I am currently visiting Leolion irl, and I have to say it's a bit weird not to see his rider Estrada mentioned here. He had a better season than Gold imo, but I don't value U23-Div2 at all, so that's probably why.
Still fine with whatever you all agree on though, just noticed it and wanted to have him mentioned

Alright, thank you both. I have added Hulshof for consideration. I prefer Rodenthal to be directly on the ballot as he is one of the few riders to perform consistently well without having participated in the tour. Also I have left Gordan Ercegovac on the ballot because he did become second in the tour and had a WC result. So I'll leave it up to the rest who is better

Ditto to previous about leaving out the tour 'youth' winner, that isn't counted here, and the 'other results', this is only U23 specific races for wins/results.

Also agree with Holwerda about Karel Hulshof; three wins and a result in a category is basically enough to go straight on the ballot, imo.

But I'd keep Ercegovac in the vote.

Vecchi's numbers may need a 2nd look beyond the YC. I think the 5th place in the WC might count as a result in this category (of the instructions are accurate)? (which would make 8 results)

You've got the right nominees in my opinion, so that looks good.
For consideration Gordan Ercegovac does not make a big impression on me. I would rather have Karel Hulshof in the list with 100 points which is a good performance, with 3 wins.

About the text:
I would leave out Youth Classification of La Génération Future (U23). It does not really makes sense, because it is the same as winning the tour, because everybody is young. So I would leave it out of text and also in number of wins and results.

About points, wins and results:
João Vecchi got 109 points if I count correctly and leaving out YC makes 3 wins.
