Interesting, I was kind of leaning more towards Brasil as the 3rd.

Any other opinions?

Id say Prikdokho in, Laukkanen, Brasil, Zampogna for the vote.

A win is essential I'd say, so no to Peter, Alards, Uchman.

Need help deciding among the rest:
Brasil, Alards, Peter, Prikhodko, Laukannen, Uchman, Zampogna

Bruxelles - Liège is also HL, but I must admit that none of those scoring there are equal to those you mentioned. I guess the hill races are not similar enough to get a rider dominating them.

Only Alards from the people below, who got 2nd in Lisboa - Peniche.

Other than that, the only rider to score in both Lisboa - Peniche and CoN Sydney is Nicolau Oliveira, who get 3rd and 7th respectively for Portugal.

No hillers? They have the same amount of races as the cobblers do.

Sprinters:
Radko Kindl obvious nomination - four podiums and a win is crazy.
Brasil finished 2nd, has a win and another podium, plus 4 more scores. But he's also a sprinter like Kindl.
Alards has three podiums in WTA. He wasn't Netherlands' only sprint captain, so had fewer chances, and also scored in a HSP race unlike the other two.

Climbers:
Peter had three podiums but no wins.
Prikhodko won in WTB and scored three more times in WTA.
Laukkanen had two wins, but in WTB and WTC.

Cobblers:
Harmannus 1st and 2nd. Obvious pick.
Uchman 2nd and 4th.
Zampogna 1st and 8th.
