I'll edit this in the new format today as well.

While it does take dedication, it is shown to be very easy to execute. Almost every season someone does it. So I am not a fan of nominating those managers for this category, even though I do appreciate the time and effort invested. It's still stealing candy from lower division teams.

What he has done is probably more difficult than being and staying in Top Division. Planning al the races and tours with TF. That will take quite some dedication to the game.

So as PJM noted in other post, honzas dropped to div 5 intentionally. Should we then skip him in this category?
