Fine by me

I will put Burkina Faso in over Andorra.
Brazil of the Netherlands is too doubtful for me.

edit: After looking at the wins/results, I couldn't really put Burkina Faso in either, with 0 wins and 2 results in Div C.

What do you guys think?

I think Brazil and Burkina Faso deserve a nomination.
We could leave out Andorra. That nation scored better in the past two seasons and falls out of WT-A. For my part we can leave out Netherlands as well.

Checked can't see anything wrong, looked at other teams, no nation stands out to be added.

I agree with all of your reasoning, can't leave out Netherlands because of the CoN win, but they are not winner material indeed.
I think Bahamas and Andorra both deserve it, although Andorra has been on this level for longer, so if anyone feels another country deserves to be in more, I would leave Andorra out.

Here are the 7 nations I've nominated. It’s hard to see much point in including any of the top 5 other than Belgium. I’ve included Netherlands, but finishing 2nd feels like a failure for them after so many wins, and there's nothing to put them above Belgium except winning the CoN,
Norway: 3rd but won no races
Denmark: 4th, same as last year. 2 CoN wins and 3rd overall could be worth including?

Andorra and Bahamas are very similar, does one deserve inclusion more than the other?
