Billion Dollar Race is not a DH race. So that would make 3 wins voor Drake Garcia and 460 points inside category.
Points for Colin Tomhave are the other way around (although you got the percentage right)

I must say it was hard to pick a bit more than 5 riders. To be honest probably only 4 of them deserve to be nominated and in my opinion only one of them can be the winner. This season clearly lacked good competition in DH races and we saw plenty of riders getting single wins or 1-2 results only...
