Not sure if I would put Mayo ahead of the 2 guys in the vote to be honest. He's got more points, but less results.
Also, Soukaphone Ammouayphone was close to a nomination already in your list, but I think he might really deserve it. Contrary to the current nominees he has won a classic, with 3 wins and a result in total. On the other hand there are no classics in div 1, 2 or 3, so the others got no chance there...

No, they only count for the WT categories.
