To me Neubauer and Driessen look the strongest, but I guess I also have a bit of Div1 bias.

I like Lamar getting nominated here, so he gets my vote.

General remark:
Riders with age 25 do no look like to be eligible, but you did not take the age at beginning of the season. So they are eligible. I would change the age into age at beginning of season.

Correction:
Wouter Driessen: YC at Copa Salsa de Cali not to be mentioned, so number of results 1 less.

Fully agree Frank, I think I keep placing too much of a biased on Div 1/2 results

Driessen, Couto and Samko look very good indeed.
Perhaps we can let Janis Neubauer in for winning a tour in Top Division. Quite impressive, although it was his only run of the season. Quinby Ulrich and Alfons Hovelynck are less impressive with quite easy YC wins. I think I would also put Chalmers Lamar over them winning a tour (Fast on Wheels),
