I agree with keeping Norway in, there seems to be a good small/large balance now.

I have Norway still in the list, unless someone agrees with putting Andorra in.

You think? I would rather have Norway in then another smaller country. Norway is not the big country it once was. Belgium, Spain and England are much bigger and even Denmark is a bigger country. So I find it quite the achievement to be best of the rest after the Netherlands.

I don't even know if it's necessary to include Norway here... They did finish second, but by a big margin. No big deal though.

I'd suggest maybe adding Andorra. That's a seriously small country that finished top 20. Apart from that, no comments.
