I see your comment on Slovakia. So Slovakia is out.
Despite the small correction on Wales this one is ready for voting.

Apart from Slovakia missing it looks very good.
Only correction would be on Wales where they got a third place in Sapporo - Mount Asahi (WT) and not in Wien - Schneeberg (WT).

Just made a review of the World Tour season.
Remarkable results also by Slovakia (12th, 45 ranked riders), and Thailand (38th, 7 ranked rider and first season).
Not sure yet how it is compared to your nominees. I think you have rated wins quite high, which is probably good. But I would rate Slovakia's performance higher.

Slovakia only 2 results (and no win) with 46 ranked riders not enough for me in the end.
