I agree with including Oasis so I swapped him in for Nefal.

Nefal can be left out as far as I'm concerned.

I would also lean towards including Team Oasis for managing to get a downhiller to #1 in the rankings, and several good tour/cup results.

Nefal is best of the rest, but will certainly lose. And four of his victories are not in Top Divison. So he doesn't need to be in for my part.
Maybe Helboe (Nobodies) is worth mentioning as well? He is doing a great job with his homegrown team
And dustin (team dustin) is driving other managers crazy with his avg 35yrs old team

I wasn't really sure if Nefal really deserves to be included as they didn't win anything of note. But it seems wrong not to include the 2nd placed team. What do people think?

Here are a couple of teams who had some good results but I didn't feel quite needed to be included:

Team AEK - won Copa Salsa de Cali, 2nd in Norwich - London and Germany Tour SC, 7th in Critérium La Provence
Alpine - won Alpe d`Huez Classic and got strong results in quite a few other classics and tours
MOVISTAR KELME TEAM - won Antwerpen - Huy and got strong results in quite a few other classics and tours

I also think tomba is pretty much on the limit and maybe could be swapped for another team.
