Anything non podium only counts for a result if it's at the World Championships (or a classic but U23 doesn't have those)

I think Estêvão Fragoso has three wins and three results in U23 (2 x 2nd and 1 x 5th). Or does 5th not count? His points I agree.

For Harm Schribner I also have more results, but do only 1st, 2nd 3rd count as Results in U23? Best I understand this before checking more.
