I think Puerto Rico and Luxembourg can safely be removed from the vote.

It is good to also look at the wins, but Lithuania ended 12th (WT-A) while Kyrgystan finished 27th (WT-B) with 220 points less. I would rate Lithuania higher

That might be possible.
At this moment I think Netherlands, Australia and England dominated the WTA.
Canada finished 3rd but with only one win.
I think that is not good enough.

The same as for one nation teams.
A lot of points but no wins or a lot of results, is mostly not enough to get a nomination.
But that is my point of view off course and I wait what the other members think of it.

Overall great nominees. Not a fan of nominating The Netherlands in current game when they dont win the WT. Podium for Canada with barely less points is worth considering imo.
