Hiller is the one category where I would excuse riders with no wins, as BAs are often spoilers. I think Wilson was victim to at least one of those.
That being said, pretty difficult to pick a top-3 here.
Jepsen is the only one I am 100% about.

Still can't decide between everyone. I think Wilson's 6 results are pretty impressive, even if he didn't win. Maybe I'd put Oliveira ahead of VdP because of the higher division. Themmen is worth considering too, maybe above Escoffier? Crespo the only one with 2 wins in Div1... Ahhh!!!

You could also consider to add Koert Themmen. Winner of GC+YC in Western Cape, three D3-wins in total and I think most of his results qualify for the category.

Would say vd Plas also should make it in.

The other four all very close. Would say Jepsen, vd Plas and Oliveira in. Escoffier and Crespo for the vote. Wilson no wins, so would probably leave him out if I did this category.

For Oliveira I would state team: Alpine and Yuri Super Team, since his transfer was very late during the season and most results come from his time in YST.

Hard for me to call, everyone seems pretty close this year. I guess Jepsen is a lock but thoughts on the rest?
