Yeah it's showing me that for Platas now, so that should be right. Not sure what happened earlier, maybe I got confused.

Wasn't sure if YC is included or just GC.

I see Platas 7th in both his profile and the results. So think that it is correct.

Oliveira has 96 HL and in the case of 80+ HL the GC/YC results of Essex should count.

I'm confused by Bergen Rundtur - the results have Platas finishing 2nd, but his profile says he finished 7th.

Felizardo milton or clement bigaruka did well in lower divisions

I've been a bit lazy with this as I don't have a lot of time today. I've gone with the 5 highest scoring hill riders. I didn;t look much deeper to find anyone with a lot of wins in lower divisions so if someone could recommend anybody, that would be great. This season has been weird because nobody winning classics or tours was good enough.
