Great work, very hard category this season to find any indeed!!

Checked the information on your nominees. One thing I noticed:
Pizan: has 1 other stageresult

Cant really find someone who would do better than van Galen or it should be Pyotr Lomtev with a double GC+YC and 2 stagewins in Sanreizan (D7). But you know, D7...

Decided to nominate Teles directly due to the remarks that it is the most prestigous tour and I wanted to nominate 2 GC winners. O'Pizan and Van galen both won 2 YC's. But O'Pizan did it with 2 2nd places in GC and Van Galen was 4th and 8th.

Teun van Galen probably did enough for the top-3. Shu Jin not good enough for the vote for me.
I'd say Aron Shiningayamwe from NCCC is better than Brasil as far as a rider with 1 GC win and a good amount of stage wins/results goes, as Kangaroo is a sprinters tour and Aron did it in Norway.
And I agree with Silenzio that Germany is by far the most important tour, so a winner there should always be among the nominees.

Teles germany win maybe enough to consider?

The category was harder than I thought. Few riders with multiple results and I didnt want to nominate a rider with only 1 win in a div 1 GC.
