For the vote: Dzelzis and Haodong (can live with a swap of one of them for Ammo though)

Peter (too low D for just one win) and Zarindoost (low number of results) close, but out of it for me.

I'd put in Mao over Aldris. The one race outside category he won is almost a DH race, so a bit harsh to punish him for that.
The rest of Holwerda's considerations I agree on.

Vidar Skaug needs to be in, 5 wins is crazy.
So I would say Berhold, Vidar and Aldris (difficult third one). Mao and Soukaphone up for vote.
