Don't think there are. Matrix Team and MOVISTAR KELME TEAM did well, but yes... in the category established. I thought it was just a bit much to do it systematically. If you/I come across an interesting team from lower divisions I will certainly consider to add it.

I will try to take a look at if any actually small teams did well in div5 and lower, but probably not I guess. I agree that established teams winning there don't need to be heralded for it, but the tours are still all part of the category, so they shouldn't be automatically left out.
