I see your point, it is difficult to set good limits to when tours count for specialty categories.
For now we'll follow the current rules, but it might be good to look at what we want to do with tours for this category, as climbers can score those top-9s purely on climbing skill sometimes.

This category is also ready for voting then!

Don - I didn't count the GC results in Norway and Castillos towards the points tallies, only as part of the Palmares. As I mentioned in my first post, the climbers did not appear to do particularly well in any other tour so it doesn't seem right to me that these should be discounted from the palmares.

Castillos and Norway GC don't count indeed. The points are therefore likely to be incorrect as well, so this one needs some more attention.

Checked. Points and ranks have changed so not sure about those. Crazy to have two nominees from the same team.

Should we include Castillos GC for Horan? If not, need one result less.
Should we include Norway GC for Pepping? If not, need one result less.
Norbert Terhorst is on MrSjaakBraak, but I don't see the point of having him on the ballot anyways.

I did consider Zhuo Xiong, but did not feel he warranted a nomination (2 wins, 1 other result, none in a classic or tour). Mirko Diesmann I somehow missed; while he isn't on the chilibot top 20 list in category, it is pretty clear that he should be and that he should be added as a voting nomination.

Tough category indeed.

Did you consider Zhyo Xiong? Climber with the 2nd most points and 2 wins in div 1

Same story with climbers as in other seasons I think.

Tough category, no true standouts. While Norway Tour, Vuelta de los Castillos and Droz cup don't count towards points, I have listed their GCs in the results as (quite surprisingly) these are pretty much the only cups/tours we see anyone who did anything actually appear.
