Indeed Vogl won 3 stages in tours, but i feel it is worth less than a normal one day TT race, and i selected one rider who performed well (even better) than Vogl if tour stages are included as equals as others races, to try to be objective ^^

But Vogl clearly was not good enough in TT this season for me.

Just noticed Vogl was named as a possible rider in the Best Rider category, but is not on the list here. Won some prologues and TT's. Could be in here right?
