I agree that Tours are more prestigious btw, but as far as being a good manager goes, winning a Classic takes a lot more sacrifice and dedication. Or at least that's how I feel after never being able to do it.

Ok, so let's do it this way : Eivind in, and Rogero to be voted instead of Seidel, as it seems that important to you.
And i get your point, but winning tours, even in lower divisions, is more important to me than one-day-races in div 1. Maybe my mistake

For reference, this is what Rogero's stats look like:

Rank at season end: 4 th
Points at season end: 4192

Total victories: 8, including Antwerpen - Huy and Roubaix (all Div1)
Total results: 19, including 3rd Astana, 6th TvA GC, 9th Helsinki, and 9th WC (all Div1)

I see how Eivind can be seen as the better of the two, but not how Seidel would beat this. I would even put this at the same level as AEKs results.

Btw, Cup YCs are a bug, so FPS has 1 win less to mention.

Personally Eivind should definitely be in, more wins than the team that finished 1st in the overall rankings. I am more biased towards consistency and to achieve that many wins in Div 1 is more impressive for me

I struggle to understand why a manager finishing top-5 with 2 Div1 classic wins(the hardest wins to get) would be worse than what Seidel has won.

I guess it would be about equal between Eivind and Rogero given the amount of Top Division wins for Eivind. So I don't mind putting Eivind in the top-3.

Seidel is nowhere near good enough though. I can understand nominating managers that win 5-6 big races in lower divisions, but he just won 3. And if course he also has results, but a Top Division quality squad will always be able to score those in lower divisions.

Edit: Apologies for my tone btw, I might feel a little bit too strongly on the matter of valuing dropped wins. Even though it's what I do myself as well.

I wouldn't replace a manager you don't want for reasons i understand by another i did not select in the top 6.
What about Bjerke from Jubalon officially in, and Team Seidel on the one to vote "for" or "against" and see what the other members decide?

I strongly object to Team Seidel being nominated. I personally don't want him in Manager Outside Top Division already, but to put him here just for 3 wins that he absolutely should have with that team in those divisions is not fair as far as I'm concerned

I would replace him with Rogero, who has 2 Top Division Classic wins and a 5th overall ranking finish.
