I think we should precise one other Jégou's result : 2nd in Essex GC (behind Montelbano it almost sounds like a victory ^^)

Kuhlmey won a more competitive tour, which isn't decided in just a TT, so that's why i value his win more than Pardo's.

No to Pardo, FoW is just too weak for someone like him, so he would have failed if he hadn't won it. Also no to Sowa. Lassen I will add. (also not now, reason see Old rider)
