My solution here, have Belgium and the Netherlands as certain, and vote 2 out of the others in.

I would leave out Australia and vote on England, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to update this. But I agree with you guys that Italy should be out.
And I guess we could include Australia and Ukraine in the voting.

Belgium, Netherlands, England and Chile are no-brainers.

Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Australia are all fine.

I wouldn't nominate Italy unless they finish top 6 or so at the very least.

Italy actually started from the bottom this season, so they did not have much of a chance to score better without CoN. Agree that the Aussies had a better season though.

I would put Ukraine in over Kyrgystan. Almost the same points, both one win, but less ranked riders.
And I would put Australia in over Italy. Italy is actually a regular top-10 country, so 11th is not good enough for me. Australia had the most points ever.
