Added Goege as an only Swiss and Tanzanian riders team. Not sure about others. PLease shout if you see another team worh mentioning.

For the additions I would try to look for thematic teams and lower the standards a bit for them. Not sure if there are any that are good enough, but it would still be nice to have a bit of diversity among the nominees.

For now I have 5 managers - might add someone more later, also open to suggestions. My criterium was minimum 5+ wins and/or 10+ other results and of course important tour/classic results.
