You're right Lamme, I do lean towards giving the smaller countries a nod over larger ones. This season especially had a lot of medium sized countries doing allright but not exceptional, so pretty much none of them made the list, while they would have been there usually. And of course the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark had relatively disappointing seasons, which creates even more room for the small nations.
