Re: Best Rider
Kravchenko would be the better downhiller for this category I'd say, but tbh I don't really feel like we absolutely need to have a downhiller.
I was thinking about making some sort of extra quota rules for this category, that would look like this:
- No more than 2 riders from same specialty (except for exceptional performances)
- At least 1 rider from CL, SP, TT, CB, HL specialties
In practice that would mean rider 6 and 7 could be DH'ers, but I don't really feel like DH has enough Classics to deserve a guaranteed spot here.
Also, the current nominations follow these rules, so that's good imo.

Re: Best Rider
I do miss a downhiller. Bjorndal could be the one, he is the best in my opinion, but he also did not race everything.

Re: Best Rider
I would leave out Perk. I see Montenegro as the TT representative, and with his Tour podium he has a case as well.
Hetland would be the second one to go if there has to be someone removed.
While I do agree that points are often overvalued, I don't see many riders that have done exceptionally well on tour/classic/cup results in the upper 2 divisions either. And any rider doing that in lower divisions belongs in Rider Outside.
It's a real shame van Kelf did nothing else than his TF period. Then he might have had a case. Same goes for Zou Yandong.

Re: Best Rider
Same comment as Best rider outside top division. Too much bias towards points (which is obviously a very important metric).
Top 3 riders of the WT ranking should be in by default, because getting such a shitload of points is merit in itself. Jogan should be in because he won Huy and also because getting that much points with a cobbler is quite an accomplishment. About the others I am not so sure.

Re: Best Rider
This is my least favourite category, because I always forget people. Please let me know if someone is missing. I decided to include Aleksander Hetland, even though he's a big favourite for both rider outside top division and old rider, because he might actually have a chance to win this as well. If I should scrap him, I understand.
