Best Manager Outside Top Division

I can't find any other teams really fitting either. I guess all these 'Div1' teams eating up jerseys and trophies does not help.

I edited in Pierre Mazique because there's no one *really* deserving of the final spot and I like the guy.

I disagree. I think it would be highly dubious to remove teams arbitrarily because they should be in top division really (by whose standard?). I haven't been in top division for ages but someone might say I need to be there as well. I don't know... it's a very weird argument in my opinion.

I'll remove you of course because you don't want to be in... and I'll try to look for another team.

If you don't want to be nominated yourself, it is always possible to remove you. Jime did the same for Young Team.
I am myself also on the 'teams that have top division quality should not always be nominated here' camp, so I wouldn't mind it either.

Not sure i should be in this one... I'm not in top division because i decided not to be in and some managers already think i should not play the way i do by aiming jerseys.
Don't know what you guys think of it, but being part of the committee is another reason why i think you should remove my team.
