Best Rider Outside Top Division

I feel like we should make this category like the other individual ones and just make it 'points inside category' from next season on. DSQing riders because of 1 result inside top division (f.i. a 9th place in a classic, or a 2nd on a day 88 race) does not really make much sense.

Yeah, good call. I had him in old rider and therefor didn't consider him for this one, but he probably belongs in both.

Perhaps Ihipa McGee with 6 wins including a classic?

Aaargh. I did this category on day 87 or so... now I have to completely redo it. I'll remove Staal and Shiwak. Oosterhof can stay, points are no problem, it's about results.

Shiwak came 2nd in Kentucky Moonshine race (div 1)

Edit: also Oosterhof came 4th in Sicilia Rotondo. Does that matter though? Because the rule says a rider can't have any result in div 1, but I thought it was that a rider couldn't have scored points.

Same as in outside top div team please for Staal.
