Don't agree with Nefal tbh. Winning YCs and TTs is not as impressive as winning a classic, so putting him in over Jempie would not be right, and I don't really see anyone else who doesn't deserve it on the list. (everyone won at least a classic or a tour gc except for the #1 in the ranks)
Eivind has been bossing the DH opportunities that the new calendar gave, but it might not be enough to put him over any in this list.
V02 is simply not high enough. Only focusing on tours is good management, but not putting effort to win anything else should not be over rewarded imo.

Nefal needs consideration, with 11 wins, including YC in all three HL/TT tours: Essex, Cymru and Montelbano. All 8 other races were TTs, which is kinda impressive as well in my opinion.
V02maXXers needs consideration as well perhaps, with wins in Lagoa dos Patos GC and YC, Cymru Taith GC and Tweedaagse YC.

Four jerseys in a season is more impressive to me than finishing top 5 or so without any, but that's up to you to decide I guess.

Agree with nomination for Eivind.

Also lets add Die Tour Phantome. I know the guy dropped to div 5 now, but he managed to reach his goal - he has full team of 20 riders with first and last name all starting on A!!!

PS. OK, you can mention him in best manager outside top div :-)
