Agreed. Banzragch did literally two races as captain. That's not enough.

I think I agree with Jime here. The Div 6 classic win by Banz is not so spectacular considering he has higher division worthy support.

I think I'd have Urrutia in over Banzragch. Banzragch has a classic win in div 3 and Urrutia has one in div 4, but Urrutia scored 656 points and Banz only 210.
Urrutia scored points in 13 races, Banz only 4. I don't think that a classic win in one division higher should be enough to swing it.

This is a hard one for me. I have made my list of nominees and beneath the list I have listed the riders who just didn't make it.

Who did not make it and why:
Timo Urrutia: Good points, wins and results and a classic win. But the classic win is in Div 4, so I rank others like Banzragch higher.
Harold Tshibwabwa: Nice win in TvA YC, but I rank Staal higher for having more Tour results.
Heinrich Löwe: Nice classic win in Div 2, but Covell also got a second place in another one.
Efrain Tideswell: A Classic and a YC. Banzragh again ranked a bit higher by me for I think a classic win is better than a YC win.

Rider must have been under 25 at the beginning of the season (so 24 or younger)
