I think I would swap AK Pro Race or Andeby out for Silenzio. And since Andeby scored 1200 points more the season before I'd say he should be on the chopping block.
AEK can be in the vote for my part, but I wouldn't vote on him, so I don 't value him that much. He has the best sprinting team ever, yes, but that's been rewarded by best manager wins already in much better seasons. This is an average season for him. I don't think Morgevejo actually is that impressive considering the support he has and the Nederlandse drops. 
(There is a LeBron should win MVP every season argument to be made for having created the best sprinting team ever, but that almost never works like that in sports awards  )

Its your category, I am only checking here. If my check does not convince you to do otherwise, I think we should just go with what you wanted. Frank already gave his opinion. You can weigh it in, but we can't let Don/Frank overrule the souvereign committeemember

Yeah, I quite like how we can differ about what you value most.

What TVM did demands soooo much planning. Knowing exactly when you need to be at what amount of points and with what rider in which shape. Compared to scoring a maximum of points with your current squads, its very demanding...

For me, I stopped scoring after Copa Salsa (d57-d71), because it enabled me to enter Nederlandse and to combine it with the WC which was sprinty too. If grabbing a maximum amount of points was my goal that is ridiculous management: I ceased from scoring two weeks, and spent two TFs of my best riders in one tour and a race that does not give out points. I don't think I would have valued the potential added points though too much if I had chosen otherwise.

Funny, you are prepared to switch CCC out, but from a bigraceperspective, CCC deserves a nomination probably most, more than AEK/Sil/TVM imo.

So if you are not prepared to switch out Andeby or AKP, I would keep things as they are.

I have based it mostly on the quantity of points
Alpine is clear, No 1 and a lot of other stuff.
DeRodeLantaarn, Andeby and AK Pro Race has around the same numerous of points, quite similar, No 5 has clearly lower, so decided to take them all.
For the last one, I take another, in this case, CyclingClubChumotov

The main goal of the game is to take as much as possible points, seems me, there are a lot of other goals for many other teams, I know, but for one it is this, for another it is that.
Team AEK is one of the best sprinting teams, certainly, he planned and do the races he want, if he want to do the NL Tour, he do the NL Tour ... if he wants, he is a top 10 team.
Silenzio is one of the top teams at this moment, always incredible talents, a lot of really great riders, has his goals, but I expect more personally with such a team, playing for a top 3 ranking, and that shall come, I think through partly rebuilding his team it is not yet.

But it is only my view on doing it on this way.

But changing is no problem for me, for example, AEK and Silenzio IN and CyclingClubChumotov OUT.

AGREE, for same reasons the nominations can stay as are. Its about what you value most.

True Silenzio, but net getting nominated when you did so well as MW is not fair imo.
But El Pato and Donald could be replaced I think by Adilson and Silenzio. That would make sense to me.

Impressive list with managers. Yet, I feel this is not a real competition this way.

My consideration is that of the nominees Snowbear beats Donald, MW and El Pato in every aspect: more wins, more points, more tourresults, more classic wins and so on. I guess you weighed in MW has a single nation team, but we have a separate award for that (which is worse enough). Anyhow Pato and MW have had sort of same season, both much trailing to snowbear. And the same applies to Donald.

Danner had in some respects a better season than Snowbear, regarding the tourwins. I think he definitely deserves a nomination.

Others that might be considered as managers that did something that Alpine didn't
Team AEK, won Nederlandse GC+YC, Copa Salsa AND Vejle-Kobenhavn, and did something extraordinary by getting a 25yo rider on the Kenny Haakon list.
Silenzio won some of the most prestigious stuff: ZBZ and Germany Tour GC, and has a lot of tour/classic results.
TeamTVM won 24 races. I can see that he is too much of a dropper for you to really consider.

I am not saying AEK, Silenzio and TVM did better than RoL, AKP and Andeby, but at least they do not evidently trail in all aspects to Alpine. I do not see how you can vote MW over Snowbear this season. I do see how you can vote Adilson over Snowbear.
