I can't really decide between an almost 2 year old team without a win and 2 really new teams with only results in 6/7/8. Perhaps put Talwin in and have the new guys in the vote, because it seems a bit too much to put two of those new teams in, right?

Also yeah, I should get a big result one day, thanks for reminding me

@Don - I did overlook Amazonia indeed! I agree with adding Talwin and keeping those others.
@Twan - Ah, I didn't know that, I always think those are a bit more special. Shame I just wrote the best climber-nomination post haha. They can be edited out in the poll of course.

I think you overlooked Amazonia on my list of teams that are out. I would add Talwin to the top-3 instead of them and have a vote on the other two.

Cotopaxi and Totalidade are not eligable either, same for Amazonia.

I'm posting here early so Don can also sniff out the not-new teams that might have restarted. Also would love some feedback on my current planned nominees, listed below. I did not include my self for such reasons. Also, perhaps I've missed a team, but I think I have all the big guys here. I've added my previous longlist and shortlist at the bottom, in case you want to check whether I considered a specific team.

PetrolGas: 14 results, 7 wins, also in div 2. Like above team, will check where most points were gained.
Totalidade: 14 results, 4 wins, currently in div 4. Got 2d place in Oryx and won the YC there.
Hercegovinians: 14 results, 4 wins. currently in div 5. Highest-placed 2021 team.
CT Baltics: 11 results, 3 wins. currently in div 6. Only 2021 team to win a jersey (Sanreizan YC). (only other 2021 team to win a trophy/YC/SC/top3GC = hepCycling: Zell am See classic)
Amazonia: 13 results, 4 wins, currently in div 3. 2d in Giro di Sicilia, won Perm YC, won Hawaii Classic
