NZ excellent pick to vote on. Uzbekistan too.

In a reaction to Frank: In a way its incredible what Mal did, but at the other hand its pretty easy if you have a clear climbing captain and a clear sprinting captain (Pridohko and Antonov) and not much else, tend to agree that Brazils achievements entailed a bit more "management".

Others I looked into: Czech Republic (but most points came from TT-lottery in WTB), Denmark (scoring points in each race - the only country that did this this season, but yes most in low D) and Isle of Man (promoted to WTA, but indeed much bigger country OCM-wise than Uzbekistan). I can totally see why NZ and Uzbekistan should prevail over those.

Good choices. I think I would swap Brazil with Uzbekistan (first time end of season in WT-A)

Did you consider Macau?

No really great surprises this season with super-tiny nations finishing in or near the top 10

Short list:
Belgium is obvious
Canada did great as well, also seems certain
New Zealand did a good performance based on active riders, but no wins
Norway did solid and got 2 wins
2 wins for Hungary as well, but realy almost no other points scored
Brazil had their best performance ever and got 2 wins (A and B)
And Uzbekistan is really small (8 ranked riders) but still got 2 wins in B and a points record for their country

I am leaning towards:
Belgium, Canada and Brazil for sure
Uzbekistan and NZ to vote for
