I would say definitely a 41yo rider is preferred over 34yo. He has much less chance to get a decent result due to the age performance curve, so his results are much more impressive.

Well, Orre won a tour, so it is difficult to value that below a single stage win. Hopefully the others can help solve the issue with their opinions.

Do we say that a 41-yrs old rider would be preferred over a 34-yrs old? Then I would swap him with Orre.

Shame that I wouldn't know who to take out, but Clayton Storrs winning a tour stage at 41 probably deserves a mention.
