Having done the hill award this season and last, and having raced in Cesko-Slovensky (Div 6 cup) for the last two seasons I really ought to have thought of this before, but I also agree about the addition of these tours/cups into the mix for the hill award. Also agree about HL>70 for Cesko.

I will make the voting form in about 5-6 hours, so if there is anything that still needs correcting in your own categories, please do so before then!

I think I agree on adding Red Deer GC results and the GC results of those two cups. The Div6 cup does also need the HL>80 condition as well though because it has a TT. Or maybe a HL>70 one considering it's Div6.

This is more of a general thing, rather than just about this season. But I was looking at the hill rider award and saw this: "No Tour GC results, except for Essex or Cymru GC if the rider has a HL>80"

Wouldn't it make sense to include the Red Deer Tour and maybe the Familglia de Don Cup gc as they are both hill based tours?
Edit: And there's also a hill cup in division 6

Yeah I think it would be something great for an article. Maybe looking at the best transfers over a number of seasons. Like, the last 3 seasons for example.

But as an award it might be complicated as there are loads of different ways you could evaluate that.

Very interesting, certainly the amount of data you have now
But for the awards it seems to be a bit time-consuming to be keeping track of that every season.
But for the front page it could be a nice article, perhaps recurring every season or so.

Question to everybody: this last season I have been saving data from Transfer List from time to time and I have basically a full list of all transfers made. Would anyone think it would be interesting to have an award for the best transfer made?
If yes - how would we evaluate it? One idea for example might be to take riders sold for more than X (300k? 500k?) this last season and then look at what they accomplish next season and see which of them brought most benefit to their new manager...

Not sure if this is not a bit too complicated, but just wanted to share the idea and see what you think.
