The case for Tommy would be that he won a classic and a Tour YC, but I personally wouldn't vote on him either. 0jejku0jej is a restarter, so I wouldn't say this is an impressive improvement either, but seeing some of the others here he would still fit in I guess.

I don't get the nomination of Tommy Teleshopping PCT. He only increased 3 places since his precious best. It does seems that he played less active for a couple of seasons, but if that should be taken into account we should redefine the criteria and only look at the last 3-5 seasons

I haven't spotted anyone missing. Hopefully the changes and the new Tour will bring an impulse to this category next season, because this list is full of managers not really breaking through, but there aren't any alternatives either.
