Best Time Trialer

@AlxFighting: we are together the committee here and we should be working together on nominating the best riders. We share the workload and pick some categories between ourselves cause it would be a too big ask for everyone to look closely at every category. But we are still working together on this and as I see it everyone is welcome to add their comments to each category, point on a rider which was missed and who they think should be included ect. So I dont see my behavior as rude. I know I was late with my comments as some people already voted earlier, I have apologized for it. But in the past we have seen a lot of complaints from the community when the committee have missed out a rider nomination which was an obvious nomination for all other managers and this is the reason I think we should all speak up when anyone of us thinks that some other riders should be nominated.

Also few things to note:
a) Chilibot only includes results from divs 1-3 and probably not inlcuding World Champs and some other stuff. So we need to check the results always on riders page, not only believe chillibot
b) I dont agree that number of points in the most important in nominating the rider. If it was, only top div riders would be nominated. Who is more worth to be nominated: a top div rider with 0-1 results who scored 500 pts thanks to his 4th-9th places in top div or a rider who got 5-6 results and dominated in his speciality in div 3 races, but has a little bit less points?
c) Agree on Aranu Rosa, he is better suited for the tours nomination rather than TTer.

I am not going to let riders with only one vote get nominated, so we'll just have 4 nominees this season, as I can't really see any other riders that I see making a better case for themselves. Reto will probably win any way

The nominations are done based on the results from the chilibot use. If riders are not nominated is because they did not have enough points to be nominated. I know that there are well-known riders that are not below, but it is not my fault that they did not perform better.

Zbyslaw Borowski has 620 points. This automatically nominates him above other riders.

By the way, for Arnau Rossa please read the rules below - no Tour GCs.

The WC ITT winner was not nominated because he only won the WC and had one more result. I can put him, but only winning the WC is not enough for me.

Yeah, I agree with you that maybe some more results should have been mentioned, but if they are not there it means that they did not seem as important to me.

And I find it rude that you added two riders on your own and also VOTED for them without consulting me first, given that this is my category.

Maybe next time you can do the category if you feel that I managed it very poorly and I will "add my comments" to see if you like it .

Adonis Laurnco has 3 results missing.
Zbyslaw Borowski had only 2 results, so should not be nominated in my oppinion.
Vande Velde was 5th in ITT Champs - not mentioend.
I also disagree with not giving the nomination to the ITT World Champ - no matter how much points he has he should be nominatned solely for this achievement.

Piotr Herman - 3 wins in divs 1,2, 510pts
Arnau Rossa - 2nd in Essex Tour GC and 2nd in Cymru Taith GC, 2 stage results, 570pts (those 2 are TT tours basically so they should count in my oppinion)
Hermano Montenegro - 3 wins in div 1,2,ND and 3 results plus 2nd in ITT Champs U23.

New: use of Chilibot

Thanks to Alexander from Team Chili, nominating in specialist categories gets a little bit easier. If you want an overview of the top-20 riders of this category based on points scored in races inside category in Division 1 t/m 3, do the following:

- Go to the OCM Chat
- look if 'chilibot' is online (it usually is)
- type in '/query chilibot'
- In the individual conversation screen with chilibot, type in 'q awardType 41 TT'
- You will now get a response from chilibot, giving you a link to the top-20, with points scored attached.


Beware however, this list does not take into account results in Div4 or lower, so always check if a rider has scored in any of those divisions before posting his points inside category.
